If you’re starting to search for your next new home, then it may come as no big surprise that there’s a new home app for that. In fact, not only can you now search for home listing from your smartphone, but today, you can calculate the cost of a mortgage, determine which attractions and businesses are close by, and even get a better idea of what various real estate related terms mean that you’ll be hearing throughout your home buying transaction.
So, what are some of the apps that can make your life easier? There are a few. These include:
The Homesnap application is MLS (Multiple Listing Service) based. With this cool app, all you have to do is simply take a picture of any home that you like and you will instantly receive details about the property. This information includes the home’s value, the number of bedrooms and baths, the property taxes, and when it sold last. And, if the home happens to be on the market, you might even be able to view photos.
This app is free, and it can be downloaded for use on both Android and iOS.
Zillow / Trulia
The Zillow and Trulia apps are listed together because in essence they perform the same functions. First, they assist you with searching through the MLS listings in order to find homes that are for sale. In doing so, you can search by zip code or by city and state in order to see the listings. You can also narrow down your home search by price, property type, size, and number of bedrooms and baths.
The app is also no cost, and it can be used with Android and iOS.
